Return Policy

Our family appreciates your support of our farm market locations! We encourage individuals purchasing our fresh produce products to store the items in correct temperatures as soon as possible once purchased.

While the quality and safety of our products are our top priorities, along with your family’s shopping experience at the farm or in Banks Crossing, sometimes products can go bad (weather, particularly rain, can affect the shelf life of all of our fresh produce). If you do have any probelms with your products, we ask that you notify us within 48 hours of purchase, as most items purchased at Jaemor are perishable, fresh food products. We do not sacrifice quality for economics.

Peach ripening:
– When you take home some Jaemor peaches, if they are still firm, we recommend for ripening to place on a kitchen counter, out of the box and not touching each other. When ripe, store in fridge. To slow down ripening, refrigerate. If any issues arise with your peaches please let us know.
