Alto Market

Best of Hall 2018

Prior to 1981, many customers purchased their peaches from the Echols Family at the small peach shed on Old Cornelia Highway. However, in January of 1981, Jimmy and Valvoreth Echols moved their roadside stand business to another side of the farm. This became our Alto “market on a hill, and 37 years later, more than one million guests visit the Alto location annually to purchase fresh produce from our family’s farm.

A variety of fresh, homegrown produce and homemade goods are available at our Alto market including peaches, strawberries, apples, green beans, squash, pumpkins and fruit trees as well as numerous jams, jellies, soups, sauces, fried pies, homemade ice creams and more.

We are open year-round, but please check for holiday hours. Gift cards are available for purchase.

Thank you for visiting with us! We are excited to have you at our roadside market and hope you’ll savor the taste of family tradition.
