Jaemor Peach Cobbler

Jaemor Peach Cobbler

  • 4 cups of Jaemor Georgia Peaches, sliced
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • 1 stick of margarine

 
Melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Mix sugar, milk and flour thoroughly. Add the sugar, milk, and flour mixture to melted margarine. Add in peach slices, but do not stir.  Bake at 370 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.  Excellent served warm.  For added flavor, finish it off with whipped topping or ice cream.
