Jaemor Farms 4th Annual Strawberry Festival

When: Saturday, May 6th, 2017
             5340 Cornelia Hwy.
             Alto, GA 30510
Time:  9 a.m. - 4 p.m.

WE ARE PICKED OUT OF U-PICK BERRIES! Please see note below. Rain hasn't been our friend this week.
**UPDATE from the farm as of Friday, May 5th:

Unfortunately our farm family cannot control the weather. We have received 5+ inches of rain in the past week, and we were hopeful the rain last night would skip over us. However - it did not - and we are anticipating more rain today and this evening. While tomorrow's activities are not cancelled, the amount of berries we have available to pick has been cut down to about 1/5 of what we were anticipating to be ready for harvest/u-pick. (In short, strawberries do not ripen in the rain or 50-60* temps).

Tomorrow's strawberry festival (Saturday, May 6th) WILL be taking place, however, we will only have 300 gallons for u-pick tomorrow morning, first come, first serve, starting at 9 a.m. --- Hayrides, petting zoo, & farm games ($5/pass) will still be taking place as scheduled, along with our strawberry cook-off at 12:30 inside the market. There will be lots of items for sampling in the market, too! -- Vendors will still be at shed, along with the mobile dairy trailer & Mountain Fresh creamery milk samples (11 am-1 pm). -- We will have strawberries available in our market, pre-picked too! --We are incredibly sorry for the inconvenience this may cause - and wish we were able to hold an umbrella over our farm to keep our berries dry.
